Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Drive Sales Success, operated by Hunter Utley, Nashville, United States ("we", "us"), covering your use of the MyVault-IQ application and website (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial asset tracking. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, rent, or create derivative works from the App, or use it to build a competing product. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, this licence is additionally governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls for App Store distribution.

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us at the email below. Deleting your account removes your account record; asset data stored on your device is removed when you delete it or uninstall the App.

MyVault-IQ Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $9.99 per month (or the local equivalent shown at purchase). • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • The subscription renews automatically for the same term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase. • Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. • Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Values, trends, forecasts, confidence bands, exit strategies and AI-generated insights in the App are estimates produced from the data you enter and general market signals. They are informational only. They are not appraisals, offers, guarantees, or financial, investment, tax, insurance or legal advice. Actual sale prices vary with condition, location, timing and buyer demand. Always obtain professional advice before acting on any figure in the App.

You agree not to use the App to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the App's operation or security, or attempt to access data belonging to other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the asset details and photos you enter. That content is stored on your device; we do not claim rights over it and we do not sell or share it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

We may update the App or these Terms. When we change these Terms we will revise the effective date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
