MyVault-IQ helps you track the estimated value of vehicles, properties and collectables. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using MyVault-IQ, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account information: when you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details through our auth provider. This is used only to identify you and keep your account secure. Asset information: you may enter details about your vehicles, properties and collectables, such as make, model, year, mileage, purchase price, photos and location. This information is stored locally on your device and is never shared with us or any third party. Usage data: we may collect anonymized app usage statistics and crash logs to help us improve stability and performance. This data is not linked to your asset entries or personal identity. Camera access: the scan feature uses your device's camera to read barcodes and VIN codes. Images are processed on-device and are not uploaded to our servers.

We use your information to: • Provide and maintain the app and your account. • Calculate valuations and display trends based on the data you enter. • Improve the app's features and fix bugs. • Send important account or security notices. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information or asset data with third parties. Your data is used only to operate the app for you.

Your asset records and photos are stored locally on the device you use to access MyVault-IQ. They are not automatically synced to the cloud, shared across devices, or transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable an optional cloud sync feature in the future. Because your asset data stays on your device, we do not have access to it and cannot share it with anyone. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app may delete that data, so we recommend keeping separate backups of any information you cannot afford to lose.

We use industry-standard authentication and analytics services only to keep your account secure and to understand how the app is used in aggregate. These providers process only the minimum data needed to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not share your asset details, photos, valuation records, or personal information with advertisers, data brokers, marketing partners, or any other unrelated third parties.

You can review, edit or delete the asset information you enter at any time from within the app. You can also sign out or delete your account by contacting us at the email below. If you have enabled any optional cloud features in the future, you can disable them from the app's settings.

MyVault-IQ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of MyVault-IQ after changes means you accept the updated policy.
